A New Year Begins

Last year, Collective Agency partnered with 49 organizations to raise over $150 million for work we believe in deeply. Here's a glimpse of what that looks like in practice.

  • ReImagine Freedom and their ecosystem of organizations working toward the Freedom Charter — a bold, coordinated push to decriminalize and decarcerate women, girls, and trans people of all genders. This is movement infrastructure at its most intentional.

  • Oakland Promise’s success in establishing a Promise Neighborhood — bringing wraparound support and coordination to East Oakland school communities.

  • La Cocina’s award-winning incubator helping San Francisco's food entrepreneurs — many of them immigrant women — turn culinary talent into sustainable businesses.

  • Bonafide’s work walking alongside lifers as they come home from prison, reintegrate into their communities, and rebuild their lives on their own terms.

  • True North’s school-based community organizing work in Del Norte and Humboldt County.

  • TODEC’s steadfast commitment to immigrants and undocumented workers in the Inland Empire — advocacy, services, and solidarity, year after year.

  • Multiple school districts across California expanding the Community Schools model in large urban and new rural areas.

  • Alliance for Higher Education in Prison bringing post-graduate work opportunities for incarcerated students.

  • Health Career Connections expanding health career access for underrepresented college students across the U.S.

  • The Mend Collaborative’s restorative justice work to shift the narrative about what survivors truly want and need in order to heal.

To all past and current clients: your vision and dedication inspire us daily. Thank you for letting us be part of your transformative work. Here’s to a new year of innovation and progress!
