There, she built the communications program from the ground up, guided the organization through two expansions and capital campaigns, managed website redesign and rebranding initiatives, and edited numerous student publications.

Most recently, as Communications Director at Mount Tamalpais College (which serves students incarcerated at San Quentin Rehabilitation Center), Molly doubled the communications team’s size and scope, led a successful profile-raising campaign resulting in national media recognition, and created the strategic communications plan following the college's accreditation.

As a small business owner herself—co-owning Point Reyes Books and Wayfinder Bookshop with her husband—Molly brings a unique perspective on combining mission-driven values with practical business communication needs. She works with organizations in various stages of growth, from building strategies to launch something new to serving as a creative thought partner for established teams.
